I am a television and radio presenter with extensive experience, spanning over two decades, primarily with the BBC in Sussex and across various other broadcasting and corporate media platforms. My professional background includes a wide range of live and pre-recorded settings, from location shoots to stage and studio presentations, with a particular skill in utilising auto-cue for seamless delivery.

In addition to my broadcasting career, I have a substantial background in the construction industry, encompassing house building and comprehensive DIY skills. This expertise led to my role as a presenter for a house building program on BBC South and as a recognised DIY expert on QVC since 2012.

I founded "Buff Builders Ltd," a distinctive handyman service which received national television coverage, featuring in shows like "White Van Man" on Channel 5, and making appearances on ITV1 and BBC1. Moreover, I regularly contribute as a TV decorator on BBC1’s 'Interior Design Masters' and 'Sort Your Life Out.'

Recently, I have been presenting 'Tracing the Rails', a railway series that has garnered popularity, showcasing my ability to engage with specialized content and present it effectively to audiences.
